Where we deliver
We ship across India through our courier partners. Serviceability is checked against your PIN code when the shipment is created.
Charges
Shipping is free on orders above the threshold shown at checkout. Below that, a flat charge applies and is displayed before you pay. Cash on delivery carries a small handling fee.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are packed the next working day.
Delivery time
Most deliveries arrive within 3-7 working days of dispatch. Remote PIN codes can take longer.
Tracking
Once your parcel is handed to the courier you receive an AWB number by email. Use the Track Order page at any time.
Failed delivery
Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-ship or refund.
