Before dispatch
You can cancel any order that has not yet been packed, directly from your account or by contacting us. Prepaid orders are refunded in full.
After dispatch
Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled. You can refuse delivery, and once the parcel returns to us we will refund it minus the shipping already incurred.
Cancellations by us
Very occasionally we cancel an order ourselves, for example when stock is damaged in storage, a price was listed in error, or the address cannot be serviced. You are told the reason and refunded in full.
Refund timing
Prepaid refunds are initiated within 24 hours of cancellation and reach your account in 5-7 working days.
