Return window
Unopened, sealed packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
What cannot be returned
For food safety reasons we cannot accept opened spice packs unless the product is damaged, incorrect or past its best-before date on arrival.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the pack and the outer carton. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the reason
- We arrange a reverse pickup where the PIN code allows it
- Once the item reaches us it is inspected within 2 working days
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. For cash on delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to details you provide.
