Are CoreHarvests spices 100% natural?
Yes. Every batch is sourced directly from partner farms and milled without artificial colours, fillers or preservatives.
How fresh are the spices when they arrive?
We mill in small batches and pack to order, so most spices reach you within weeks of grinding rather than months.
How should I store ground spices?
Keep them in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and steam. Stored well, ground spices hold their aroma for 9-12 months.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We ship across India through our courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days depending on your PIN code.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Below that a flat charge of ₹59 applies.
Can I return a spice if I am not satisfied?
Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect we will replace or refund it.
How do I track my order?
Every dispatched order gets an AWB number and courier link. Use the Track Order page with your order number and registered email or phone.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available on eligible orders. A small handling fee applies and is shown at checkout.
